Steampunk necklace with found objects and Victoriana instead of gears and cogs
This piece was made using several spare bits of jewelry and beads, some decades old and some brand new.
I didn't want to do the typical gears and cogs bit for this particular necklace, so I focused on the use of found objects, the crystals and pearls of the Victorian era, and of course a little modern flair with the use of several different metals.
I was rather pleased with the elegance of the finished product, even if it's not the typical steampunk piece. Larger picture can be found at my website.
