Another visit to the antique store, and some more fun stuff pulled out of a junk box!

The base of this mixed media pin is the nameplate off of an old bicycle. I flattened it, added some patriotic emphemera, enhanced it with a little Gilders paste and finished it with a thin coating of Ice resin. I then just attached a pinback with E-6000 glue.

I share your love of junking through old bins of stuff in junk stores. You can find the greatest things. I love your use of the bike shield as a base and know a number of military Mom's who would wear this with pride. Nice work.
