Glass beads, faceted gems and 14k goldfill findings sway gracefully below earwires

When making earrings like these, I let the bead inspire me. I am always surprised how the color of gems resemble the colors of a handmade bead.

Earrings like these take me about two to three hours to make.

I used US handmade glass beads, 14k goldfilled wire and chain, several faceted gemstones and a matte goldtoned connector.

Cascade of color

Beautiful cascade of sparkly stuff below the main beads. And I love how the colors of the smaller beads coordinate with the handmade glass beads.
