Copper Links Variation on a Theme

I love Egyptian coils and wanted to create a variation on their familiar design.

Using 18 gauge square wire, I experimented with these bracelets.

Hope I succeeded.

Interesting side-by-side study

Very interesting to see the contrast of these two variations of Egyptian coils!

I can envision a necklace made with a centerpiece "bib" of the coil type shown on the right side of your photo - with a "chain" made with the coil type shown on the left side of your photo, going up each side of the necklace.
