Actually I call these pieces, "Shorty's" because they are attached directly to the earwire loop. I put an eyepin through the bottom so I can attach anything customers desire and make a loop at the top to attach to the earwire.

I love polymer clay and my cats like helping me (NOT). I got started with polymer clay before I started any other kind of jewelry and these have become very popular at craft shows. The pricing structure makes them perfect for kids and adults.

Great canes!
What is it about clay and cats??? I work with polymer clay and my cat comes on the table and watches me. When my back is turned, I catch the paw extended out to touch stuff! She gets in soooo much trouble! I have some cute shots of her really close to my work, almost of top of my clay and beading supplies. I would put them on my blog because they are so funny but am afraid a customer (who may be allergic) would freak!

Janine - I know it and it's not just clay, my wife can't sew or knit without an audience. She has a supervisor kitty, a helper kitty and one that could care less - she just doesn't want to miss out on anything.

Believe this or not, they never come into my office where I make jewelry (I do the clay in a different room). Just lucky I guess.
