Purple Delight

Purple Delight

Sterling silver, amethyst. I got the idea from a Persian Tile design.

The scroll was cut from 20 gauge sterling sheet in 3 pieces and then intertwined and torch soldered.

I then made a step bezel for the 11 x 8 mm faceted amethyst I twisted some sterling wire and balled up some scrap sterling and soldered them all on to the piece.

I made a hidden bail out of 1.5 mm square sterling rod.

thank you for the details, makes it easier to understand being new. How big was the pendant, there is nothing to guess it's final size. It's really pretty and original.
