Dragonfly necklace
One of my suppliers sent out a special email to their customers a few weeks ago. It was a 4 hour sale.
The first thing I saw was this dragonfly pendant. I knew i had to have it.
There was no doubt in my mind that it was to be a necklace.
When the pendant arrived it was even more beautiful than I had imagined so I reordered another one "Just for me", not to sell.
I looked at the beautiful colors and decided that it needed to be a two strand necklace, dainty and delicate with the dragonfly in the center.
I looked in my bead supply, (of which i am constantly buying beads everywhere...it's addicting), and found just the right colors of seed beads for this beautiful dragonfly.
I used the seed beads that have a silvery center, in colors that matched all the colors in the mother of pearl wings.
I added a touch of black to give the necklace definition.
