Handmade lampwork cabs turned into earrings

I came up with this idea and had to try it! I made the lampwork "cabochon" in my studio and glued it to a metal post with jewelers glue.

I love the way they turned out!

These are lovely and such a different way for lampwork. lovely for bracelets too, oooh and other places like handbag focals and victorian blouses.

Thanks for the compliments! I think I had a set of beads that matched these,but they sold.Guess I better make some more.I love the idea of a button too.
