Mother of Pearl Fairy Garden Necklace

I love everything about this necklace and will be horribly sad to see it go some day.

It started with me stressing about not having enough stock for an art show this past weekend, which led to a frantic search of my supplies.

Of course, there was just nothing good enough for that day, so I reluctantly (or gleefully?) went hunting for inspiration at my local craft stores.

I first found the mother of pearl pendants and was sure I was wasting my money because they are not really my style, but then I found the antique silver flowers and knew I had a masterpiece started.

I already had the pearls at home, so the rest was easy by comparison.

I hand-knotted the pearls and admired my work like it was someone else's!

I only wish I could think of a fitting name that captures its natural elegance.
