Pacific Tidal Pool - Jewels2LiveBy

I've always had a fondness for the ocean - memories of childhood trips to the beach with my family. I called this piece Pacific Tidal Pool because Fluorite nuggets reminded me of our Pacific Ocean.

The nuggets are knotted on silk thread and then I loosely draped it through a vintage Elsa Schiaparelli large link chain to give it some glamor.

Would love to hear your comments...

Oh so lovely - rustic stones in a lovely sea color, woven together with chain. The nuggets and the chain enhance each other beautifully!

Thank you for posting this piece for us to enjoy!

What beautiful fluorite - I think you have given it just the right setting - the chain works really well. Gorgeous!

What a pretty necklace you've created. I love the color and also the way the nuggets contrast with the silver chain. Very creative!

This is a gorgeous combination! I'll bet you've garnered lots of compliments! I don't live too far away from you--Olympia! The necklace is perfectly named for the Pacific Coast.

The name and composition are great!

One of my favorite colors and love the mixing stones with chain a beautiful layered look....along with the beautiful stones, the chain reminds of the foam and bubbles as the water comes to the shore.

Congratulations!!
