Breast Cancer awareness necklace

Breast Cancer awareness necklace

November is Breast cancer awareness month and I wanted to make a necklace as a reminder that there is hope for those battling this disease.

I looked in my pink beads and found a combination of pink glass beads in different shapes and sizes. I used mainly 2-6 mm beads.

There are two pink glass teardrop beads, silver glass beads, pink seed beads and a sterling silver toggle.

I used the pink ribbon charm in the center.

There is also a pink bead hanging on the extender chain. This bead is called a prayer bead - as I was making this necklace I said a prayer for the person who would purchase it.

This necklace sold and the person who bought it ordered another one for her sister.

Sometimes things just come together.

Awareness plus style

What a lovely way to spread the awareness message.

The multiple shades of pink are fabulous together, and the prayer bead is a wonderful touch.

I'm not surprised the buyer ordered another!
