Put a Spell on You Necklace
I am fortunate to have friends and family members who are collectors and willing to part with some of their finds.
The base of this design is a vintage silver pocketwatch case that was given to me. Initially, I added the fossil with pyrite. This piece was originally a pendant but I had dropped it and it broke. I kept the broken pieces and this one fit perfectly into the case.
I added various vintage earring parts, buttons, pearls. I filled it in with a stone I found while gem mining in North Carolina on vacation over the summer.
Lastly, I added a feather that came from a friend's bird. She collects them for me.
All it needed was a leather cord with button clasp to finish it.
