Rough Cuff Bracelets by Bead Booty

I LOVE leather, everything about it. The vast array of colors, the textures & especially the smell. To me the smell of genuine leather is absolutely intoxicating!

Everything about a Bead Booty Rough Cuff is just that, rough. The top quality leather I use is hand cut, hand stretched & hand sewn by me with the express purpose of giving each bracelet a rough, unpolished, rugged appearance.

Each is one of a kind, I refuse to duplicate. When I purchase the leather the design for each bracelet starts to take shape. It's a fun process.

Rugged leather cuff bracelets

I love the look and fragrance of leather too! These are awesome and have a definite style - and great use of color. Neat that the piece of leather itself "tells" you how to design it.

Is there a metal or wire base inside the leather that helps the bracelet hold its shape?

BTW - I love your Etsy shop banner too! Very groovy.

Thanks so much for your kind words Rena! These bracelets have an aluminum bracelet blank as their base to give them a bit of rigidity. It's fun to create something & watch its design evolve as the process goes on.
