Sea Treasure Gold Filled Rope Locket

My new locket series was inspired by a number of things. I wanted to create something that could be unique to each of my customers.

It would be something they could participate in with the design.

My love of the beach and wonderful memories of vacations was the other inspiration.

I know a lot of brides that were married or honeymooned at beach and wished they had something to remember the day.

As well, just friends and clients that wanted to remember a great vacation.

I began by collecting sand from beaches around the world.

Then started collecting sea glass and baby shells from different beaches.

My customers can pick from any of the sand I have or they can send me some of their own.

I had a bride who recently wanted one of my lockets to wear on her wedding day. She was getting married on the beach.

She told me what she wanted in it, which sand, a starfish and she wanted abalone. I sent it off to her just as she designed it.

She is going to send it back back after her wedding along with some sand from the beach she got married on and I will replace the sand for her.

It is such a wonderful feeling when a jewelry designer can create something so special for a customer.

The lockets currently are available in 4 sizes and can be made in sterling silver, gold filled or 14kt gold.

Customers can purchase any of my premade lockets or design their own at no additional charge. They can even send me their own treasures to place inside the locket.
