Seraphim ~ Jewels2LiveBy

Someone told me once if you want your jewelry to be noticed, create something that makes a statement and that's what I've tried to do here.

This piece, to which I've given the name Seraphim, is made with Spiney Oyster Heshi, Flint cut Carnelian, Black Lava Stone and 14kt gold fill Findings.

I would love to know your comments.

Striking!

Nice strong color palette, lots of interesting contrasts - and a focal element that makes people look twice!

I also love the primeval energy from combining the natural elements of oyster shell and lava.

Thanks for sharing this gorgeous necklace here!

I really enjoy how you've taken the lava and matched it with the colours of fire that originally created it. The use of flint cut carnelian (I've never seen that before) complements the roughness of the lava.

This is the perfect necklace for a strong and firey woman - certainly a statement!
