Silver Paint Heart Pendant

My husband Cor and I work together on our pendants. We make our Togetherpieces. We design the pendants together and Cor makes the silver pendant and I make the tiny oil paintings as the vibrant heart.

This handmade silver heart pendant was so much fun to make together. We wanted to make something really special and we are very happy with this one. A double sterling silver heart, with a vibrant oil painted red heart. The bridge between the two layers heartshaped silver is the loop to keep the design very simple.

We are very excited about this one and we are making another heart pendant with a green heart. And we think a pendant with a blue heart will be a nice variation too.

I am amazed by the skills of my husband - metalsmithing since February only but you should know he has a very technical background and he can make anything he wants. This pendant has both our hearts in it. We hope you enjoy.

Heart Togetherpiece

Another gorgeous togetherpiece, Nancy and Cor! I was astonished to learn that Cor has been metalsmithing only since February - he has a gift for it.

I love how the front metal heart seems to float above the red painted heart - a neat effect, and I'm sure it makes people take a closer look to see how it's done!
