One of my ongoing projects is re-purposing, or creating jewelry
using at least one component that was originally intended for
something else. It's a lot of fun to do!
I've also been experimenting with adding patina to brass, and that's
how this former lamp fixture trim piece got it's turquoise blue color.
I layered it with a filigree piece and a coral colored resin rose,
and found some matching blue and coral colored czech glass beads to
alternate with bits of brass chain.
I think this would look great with a summery flowered sundress!
