Tiny Copper Flower Bouquet

More copper flowers - this time, I remembered to cut five petals out of the copper sheet. (See Zoraida's previous project, Copper Flower Brooch, with four petals.)

These look more like Cherry Blossoms!

I added a red, crystal, bicone bead in the center and some yellow brass wire (to mimic stamens) and give them more dimension and realism.

At this point, I can't decide whether to turn this into a brooch or leave it as is.

It might look great in a bud vase and used as a decoration on a table at a crafts fair. I'm planning to do a few this Spring and Summer with my copper jewelry.

My daughter is doing her Japanese fair (Sakura Matsuri, which means Cherry Blossom Festival) wants them on her table.

Perhaps I'll make another bouquet and turn that into a pin.

I have the perfect miniature woven copper vase for those
by: LadyMockingbird

I just finished weaving up a miniature copper wire basket/vase that would work well with that bouquet of flowers.
