Twigs and Vines After Before

This bangle was posted earlier in the gallery, but with 5 beaded danglies.

After wearing it for awhile, I just wasn't happy with how it looked or felt on my wrist. It was a total experiment.

Then, it just sat on my work table for weeks...I just didn't know where to go with it.

Then, I thought, let's just go for it and added more wire wraps in sterling silver and over wrapped the tiny beads on in small gauged copper wire.

I like it much better and it's very comfortable to wear, too. For me, it has interesting colors, shapes and textures everywhere I look.

Sometimes things just need to 'percolate' a bit before inspiration hits. A before and after picture is included.

Well Done
by: SterlingCrystal

Well done, Lynda! I think that you have definitely improved the bangle, it has a more integrated, organic look to it now, and of course, comfort is always important. I totally agree with the "percolation" of ideas - that is a great word to describe the design process.
