Two Ladybugs Playing in a Field of Strawberries Flowers

by Karol Payet
(Reunion Island)

I had so much fun creating this beautiful necklace! It reminds me a walk in a garden during spring season.

I use different kind of flowers for this necklace: some glass vintage flowers (very pale pink), some czech glass bell flowers (light green) and some polymer clay flowers (yellow and white) handmade by me, petal by petal.

I've also added polymer clay leaves, all handmade by me.

Oops I forgot these two cute glass ladybugs.

All these elements have been assembled with a silver ball headpin on a large bronze chain almost invisible now.

On both of the floral parts, there'is a sterling silver chain with a quite large link so that you can wear the necklace short or longer as well as you want, Very unusual but so lovely!

Lovely garland for the neck

Karol, your clay work always looks so real.

The ladybugs must love their home among the leaves and flowers! :o)
