Wire wrap bird's nest hair stick

before i started

I've been making dangling stone hair sticks and bought a new style stick to try. It wasn't what I hoped it would be, so I opened the basket top, cut off the wire that stuck from the basket, and used the opened empty basket to wrap a bird's nest atop the stick--I'm in heaven.

What a lovely little hair stick. I'd love to have a tiny nest in my hair. Whay a great way to reuse the basket component as well. Beautiful hair jewelry!
